Judge Mitchell-Rankin is a Senior Judge on the District of Columbia Superior Court who has served in the civil, family, and criminal divisions of the court. The Judge also serves as the Executive Director of Gap Community Child Development Center, a non-profit, tax-exempt center licensed by the District of Columbia. Gap provides a multi-cultural educational and development program for children ages six weeks through four years.
